Nothing here is investment, tax, legal, insurance, or accounting advice, and nothing here is a recommendation for your individual situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brennan Vitali and The American Exit are not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of this site or the products sold here. The information is provided as is. Your decisions are your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute arising under them will be resolved in the courts of Indiana.

Digital products and delivery

Purchases are delivered digitally: on screen immediately after purchase and by email. Download links expire seven days after they are issued. If a link expires before you download your files, use the resend option on your confirmation page or write to hello@theamericanexit.com and we will get you your files.

Refunds

The book carries a thirty-day money-back guarantee. If it is not what you expected, reply to your receipt or write to hello@theamericanexit.com within thirty days of purchase and the full price is refunded. No forms, no questions.

License

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to read and store the files for your own household's use. Reselling, republishing, or redistributing the files is not permitted. All content is copyright Brennan Vitali, all rights reserved.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in United States dollars.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above tells you the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
